The usefulness of an initial criteria check and any subsequent assessment depends on the accuracy of the information supplied.

You should not knowingly provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or upload documents that you do not have the right to provide.

Where the information you provide suggests that further assessment may be appropriate, and where you have agreed to proceed, eZe Debt Help may introduce you to a third-party firm that is appropriately authorised or otherwise permitted to provide the relevant service.

The regulated partner is responsible for its own assessment, advice, recommendations, services, regulatory obligations and any agreement you enter into with it.

An introduction by eZe Debt Help does not guarantee that a provider will offer a particular debt solution or recommend any particular course of action. Any assessment or recommendation is the responsibility of the provider you are introduced to.

Our initial information and introduction service is free. We may receive a referral fee or commission from a provider following an introduction.

The provider will explain any fees for its debt solution before you decide whether to proceed.

Submitting an enquiry, completing the criteria checker, using eZeAgent or speaking with a partner does not require you to enter into a debt solution.

You should only proceed after you understand the available options, their consequences and any applicable fees or obligations, and are satisfied that the proposed course of action is appropriate for your circumstances.

You may be asked to upload supporting documents after submitting your enquiry.

Where supporting documents are required for your enquiry, we will explain what documents are needed. Your enquiry will not be completed and passed to the provider until the required documents have been supplied.

You should only upload documents that relate to your enquiry and that you are entitled to provide. Our handling of personal information and supporting documents is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including MoneyHelper, regulated providers and other organisations.

Links are provided for convenience or to help you access additional information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, eZe Debt Help does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or services.
